*Fans believe DJ Envy may soon be out of a job after iHeartMedia, owner of “The Breakfast Club,” reportedly put up a job listing via the Workday platform seeking a co-host for the popular radio program.
The move came amid reports that the U.S. Department of Justice raided the offices of the New York-based morning show in connection with the DJ Envy-Cesar Pina real estate fraud investigation. FBI agents reportedly seized laptops, desk computers, and hard drives.
Envy is named in a lawsuit against his business partner Cesar Pina, alleging the duo defrauded multiple investors out of millions of dollars. Pena’s wife, Jennifer, is also named in the suit filed by Anthony Barone and Anthony Martini. DJ Envy has denied the allegations, declaring that his inclusion in the lawsuit is only due to his celebrity status.
