*It’s Fri-yay, check out today’s Social Heat. Timbaland said the music of disgraced R&B singer R. Kelly should still be hailed as great to host Shannon Sharpe on his podcast “Club Shay Shay,” and he separates the actions of Kelly from his art. “And it’s funny, I’m glad you talk about that because I be having talks… everybody jumps when you say R. Kelly’s [name],” he said. “I’m like, ‘So we just gonna ignore the music that he gave us, that we all jam to?’ No, we can’t do that. His art is his art, I ain’t gonna bash the man’s art.” Yes, Kelly had some bangers but once we found out what the songs meant and who they were directed to we can’t groove like we used to do. What about you Webbies, y’all still bumping R. Kelly in the whip?

B2K group member Raz B, 37, posted a disturbing video on his IG page telling his fans he didn’t feel safe. “Put out an APB for Raz B in Kansas City. I don’t feel safe, I don’t feel safe. I’m telling everybody right now I don’t feel safe,” he frantically said while recording himself. “Call all my Army friends, my Marine friends, no, I’m not good. That’s exactly where I’m at, come get me.” Later that evening, TMZ published video footage of the troubled artist “scaling Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, and standing on the roof, near a ledge at around 10:20 a.m.,” according to Urban Hollywood 411.

Nia Drummond got Busta Rhymes all in check when she serenaded “Happy Birthday” to him with her angelic operatic vocals. Busta made her start over when she hit the first few notes so he could relish the melody. By the end, it looks like Nia brought the East Coast rapper to tears. Sis, we think you just made him fall in love with you! Check out the sweet moment below.

Snoop Dogg dropped by the podcast “The Pivot” and recalled a time he had a clothing line, but many retailers would not buy it because they claimed his paisley print designs were gang-related, according to the West Coast rapper. Three years later, Snoop saw his designs on clothing made by Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Like commenter @crafts_by_ro posted, “That’s why you gotta patent ideas and products before presenting to these companies.” Word!
