*Another day, another Black man gunned down at the hands of a police-involved shooting.
This time, a Facebook video went viral after apparently showing a confrontation with a Black man and Indianapolis Police who reportedly pursued him for driving recklessly and tried to pull him over, according to The New York Times. After a foot pursuit, the encounter ended with the Black man getting shot and killed.
The ordeal has erupted in protests and angered many on social media including a fed-up Mike Epps who took to Instagram to slam the white officers from his hometown for what he considered to be a lack of care and concern for a community of people who he believed they failed to identify with.
Epps called for action saying:
“You can’t put em on desk duty. You can’t suspend them. They gotta feel the wrath. You just out here killin’ Black men for nothing.”
