According to The Blast, Paris St. John has petitioned the court in Los Angeles to become the administrator of her late father’s estate, which is estimated at $122,000.

Meanwhile, Paris’ mother, Mia St. John, is allegedly considering taking legal action against the mental health facility that cared for her ex in the days before his death. Mia believes the facility failed to properly treat Kristoff’s mental illness for addiction.

Mia believes St. John would still be alive had he received better care. The couples son, Julian, died in 2014 after committing suicide at a mental health facility in Long Beach.

Page Six reports that singer Trey Songz was paid more than $10,000 to appear at Red Rabbit Club Saturday night. But fans were left disappointed when he showed about two hours late and a half-hour before the club was due to close. Making matters worse, he allegedly lip-synced a couple of songs.

Trey’s management, however, claims “people were very excited to see Trey when he arrived” and that the star “spent the hour he was scheduled to spend” in the venue, the report states.

“This is just a ‘walk through,’ not a performance. Any performance of Trey’s at this venue is an added bonus, because Trey loves his fans and goes the extra mile to make them happy,” his reps told the outlet.

Meanwhile, Red Rabbit said, “Trey put on an excellent performance and we were so happy to have him. The crowd loved his performance and we hope to have him again in the near future.”
