Valerie Jarrett in Conversation with CNN’s Angela Rye at The Wallis in Beverly Hills on April 14

(Beverly Hills, CA) —  The Library Foundation of Los Angeles’s ALOUD series and the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts are set to present Valerie Jarrett in conversation with CNN political commentator Angela Rye on Sunday, April 14th at 3:00 PM, in The Wallis’ Bram Goldsmith Theater.

This program highlights Jarrett’s new memoir, Finding My Voice: My Journey to the West Wing and the Path Forward, and the remarkable story of Jarrett’s storied career.

Valerie Jarrett is the longest-serving senior advisor in the Obama administration and traces her journey from her upbringing in Chicago in the sixties to stirring moments during the Obama presidency. Jarrett, joined by Rye, discusses the importance of leadership and civic responsibility and explains the incredible capacity we all have to
become forces for positive change. All ticket buyers will receive a copy of Jarrett’s book.
