*A married Colombia woman managed to keep her affair a secret for over a year before she was caught when she and her lover jumped in an Uber that her husband was driving.
The wife, identified in reports only as Yeimy, and her boyfriend Jesus Barrios were shocked to find Yeimy’s husband Leonardo had borrowed a friend’s car and Uber account to make some money that evening and had managed to pick up his wife’s ride request, metro.co.uk reports.
The incident happened in Barranquilla, according to Colombian newspaper El Espectador, but there are conflicting reports as to what happened next.

Some outlets say Yeimy and Jesus escaped after Leonardo confronted them, while others reported that the two men engaged in a brawl.
By using his pal’s Uber account, Leonardo violated Uber’s policies, which states on their website:
“The Uber app is designed to give riders identifying information about drivers and their vehicles, like their name, profile picture, vehicle model and license plate number, before the trip begins. ‘Inaccurate or outdated information creates confusion among riders and can diminish their experience with Uber.”
The service will “deactivate for activities such as: providing Uber with inaccurate information; Allowing someone else to use his or her account; and Taking a trip using an unapproved vehicle.”
Meanwhile, the actual driver indirectly involved in this extramarital drama will most likely be banned from ever driving for the popular ride-sharing service again.
