“Word! Gave up a long time ago,” she tweeted at a fan about the matter on Sunday. “Last name is tie-gen not tee-gen.”

The 32-year-old mother of two shared a video of the correct pronunciation and even confirmed it with her mother, who was seen in the background.
When a fan noted that Teigen says her name wrong, too, she replied: “I even correct people when they say it correctly. It’s all effed up.”
Adding: “I don’t correct people, ever. They can call me Janet and I won’t. Wrong order? I’ll eat it. Taxi going to the wrong airport? I’ll change my flight.”
