“The Real” co-host Loni Love has signed an overall deal with Warner Bros. Television, Deadline reports, and under the pact, she will develop a scripted comedy series based on her larger-than-life persona as a thriving single woman.
“I am thrilled to be developing a comedy with Warner Bros. as I continue to co-host The Real,” said Love. “My life’s work is all about entertaining, inspiring and helping people become the best they can be.”
Love serves as co-host of The Real, alongside Adrienne Houghton, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housley. The popular daytime talk show was recently picked up for an additional two seasons.

In related news, Mahisha Dellinger, CEO of the multi-million-dollar hair company, Curls, is reportedly taking on a new challenge: helping female entrepreneurs take their small businesses to greater heights via her new OWN series “Mind Your Business with Mahisha.”
According to reports, in each standalone episode, Mahisha meets with entrepreneurs, guides them and tests their passion and determination.
Episodes will feature Mahisha helping a BBQ restaurant owner with an out-of-control staff (Aug. 11), reality show star Mehgan James (Bad Girls Club) turning around her clothing company 800 West (Aug. 18) and the Footnanny Gloria Williams (Aug. 25).
The series premieres Saturday, August 11 at 10 PM ET/PT.
