*Sunday night (01-07-18) in LA, social media influencers, actors and more hit the red carpet for the SocialMixLA Annual “Awards Lounge.” The event took place following the 75th annual Golden Globe awards ceremony.
EURweb was on the scene absorbing all the selfie moments, Instagram memories and photo booth shenanigans. SocialMixLA hosted the private red carpet event at Riviera 31 inside the Sofitel hotel in Beverly Hills. The event was for invited award nominees, performers, entertainers, and presenters.
Invited Guests partied to the sounds of celebrity DJ’s and mixed with social media influencers, Instagram celebrities, actors, models, directors, film makers, and YouTube content creators.
We spotted all types of influencers from every industry imaginable. Old school player and Percussionist Victor Orlando, who has worked with everyone from the Gap Band to Chaka Khan said being in his 60’s won’t stop him from popping on the red carpet.
Also spotted, actress Iris Almario of “Nobodies” and CW’s “Jane the Virgin,” actor Newton Mayenge who is featured in the upcoming Viola Davis film “Night Shift,” Andre the black nerd, who talks 80’s and 90’s cartoons and sitcoms on YouTube graced the carpet, collecting content for his 600K plus subscribers, and upcoming social media sensation Amara Vayder, better known as @Mispineapple101 on Instagram.
