*Creator and Executive Producer, LaCora Stephens, of the hit Christian talk show: The YES! Show: Young, Entertaining & Saved is debuting a new Web Series: Dating & Waiting. It premieres this Sunday, Jan. 7^th at 4pm.

Dating & Waiting, comes to YouTube as a limited series, releasing a new episode each Sunday in the month of January. The series follows two polar opposite sisters as they take the road less traveled: abstinence. LaCora thought this would be a great time to release the series as many people, especially women, have celibacy on their list of goals for the New Year. We talked with LaCora and she admitted this was also one of her many goals, but since her recent marriage, that’s no longer a goal for her.  She now goes by LaCora Bellard and is excited that this series will not only celebrate self-worth, but it also celebrates #BlackLove, something she always desired to see on screen.

As co-producer and writer alongside Ajoke’ Adebesin and Candice Lenoir, she also stars in the series.  She smiles, “My friend told me a long time ago, it was time to put myself on.” She took the advice and after having her project run the film festival circuit, she decided to cut it and use it as a vehicle to promote her skills as a producer and soon to be director.  Dating & Waiting is her first film/web-series and she’s excited to finally share it with the world. She debuts with episode 001: What Are We Doing Wrong?” which introduces three siblings: Cole, Chastity & Geneva, chopping it up about sex and marriage which begins to open Pandora’s Box!  Take a look at the listings and view all episodes on www.Youtube.com/TheYesShow:
