Video: A Tribe Called Quest Plays ‘Last Show’ Ever at UK’s Bestival

*A Tribe Called Quest called it a career Saturday night.

Although Q-Tip has mentioned that fans could possibly see another “incarnation” of the veteran rap group, which suffered the death of Phife Dawg last year, the rapper has also said in the past that their recent shows in support of 2016’s “We Got It From Here… Thank You 4 Your Service” would be their last.

Well, the group made it official on Sept. 9, 2017, when Tip told the crowd at UK’s Bestival that the set would be their last show ever.

“A Tribe Called Quest, we suffered a blow,” Q-Tip said midway through the performance. “We lost our boy Phife Dawg. This is gonna be our last show as A Tribe Called Quest, ever.”
