*Venus Williams has tied the knot with actor and producer Andrea Preti, with two wedding ceremonies, one in Italy and another in Florida.
According to Vogue, the couple’s first ceremony took place on Sept. 18 in Ischia, Italy. Williams explained the decision to hold a second wedding.
“We had this dream to do our wedding in Italy, but we didn’t have enough time to do the paperwork, because I’m a foreigner, it can take about eight months. So we decided to have a second wedding.” That second ceremony was held in Palm Beach, Fla., where Williams grew up.
The Florida celebration unfolded over the course of a week, and Williams shared that the festivities included a yacht outing arranged by her sister Serena.
“They always say weddings go so fast, and they do,” she said. “We were singing, dancing, gossiping, and just enjoying each other.”

Reflecting on the Palm Beach courthouse ceremony, Williams described the moment as deeply meaningful.
“I can’t describe how beautiful, calm, sacred, exciting, and exalting it was,” she told Vogue. “It was just a dream.” She wore a custom Morilee New York dress, adding, “The dress I ended up wearing was just divine.”
Preti also spoke about the significance of the occasion, calling the ceremony “very unique, emotional, and deep,” and describing it as “the second-best day of my life.”
Williams, 45, and Preti, 37, were first linked in July 2024 after meeting at Milan Fashion Week. They became engaged on Jan. 31, 2025, in Tuscany.
