Sidney Starr Arrested on Child Sex Crime Charges
Reality TV personality and transgender model Sidney Starr, whose legal name is Sidney Favors, was arrested Saturday in Hapeville, Georgia.
According to police and jail records, Starr faces charges including aggravated child molestation, sexual battery against a child under 16 and sodomy. Authorities allege the case involves the sexual assault of a juvenile.
Starr was booked into the Fulton County Jail, where the reality personality remained in custody as the investigation was turned over to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office.
Officials have released few details about the allegations in order to protect the identity of the minor involved. A first court appearance was expected around Aug. 3.
The allegations remain pending, and Starr is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

Directed by David Gordon Green, “Supermax” is expected to stream globally on Prime Video following its release.
