*Rihanna has allegedly left her Beverly Hills home following a shooting that occurred over the weekend, The Mirror reports.
The Grammy-winning singer, 38, was reportedly inside the house with her three children—RZA, Riot Rose, and Rocki—when the incident unfolded. Rihanna was seen boarding a flight on March 9, leaving the area in the aftermath of the scare.
Authorities say 35-year-old Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, a woman from Florida, has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Ortiz allegedly fired multiple rounds from an AR-15-style weapon at the pop star’s property. Fortunately, no one was injured. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that officers from its West LA division responded to the scene and recovered a weapon used in the shooting.
Despite a strong security presence at the home, the incident has left Rihanna shaken. Sources close to the singer said the ordeal has been difficult for the star to process, particularly given the proximity of her kids to the gunfire. RiRi’s partner A$AP Rocky was not present during the shooting.

“Even with a great security team in place, it’s scary to realize that something like this can still happen. Rihanna heard the shots, but was initially confused about what happened. She doesn’t understand why someone would target her family,” a source told PEOPLE.
Friends say Rihanna is taking extra precautions to protect herself and her children, while authorities continue investigating both the details of the shooting and the possible motive behind the attack.
Ortiz is currently being held without bail pending arraignment, expected March 10–11 at Los Angeles Superior Court. The $10.2 million figure reflects the severity of the charges, the high-profile nature of the victim, and the fact that the residence was occupied by a family with small children.
