*Larsa Pippen, the 51-year-old star of “Real Housewives of Miami,” has undergone a stunning transformation, according to Dr. Christopher Costa of Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas.
In an interview with The U.S. Sun, he detailed the extensive procedures behind her Season 7 appearance. “Larsa Pippen appears to have undergone what I’d consider a multi-phase aesthetic transformation… and there’s nothing subtle about it,” Dr. Costa stated. He believes she likely had “lipo to the torso, possibly paired with a BBL to enhance her curves, plus a breast augmentation to boost volume and upper pole fullness.” He also noted signs of a rhinoplasty to “refine and lift the tip.”
Dr. Costa further observed significant facial enhancements, stating, “Her cheeks, jawline, and even temples seem enhanced, giving her that contoured, high-glam, almost doll-like aesthetic.”
He described her pursuit of a “hyper-feminine look” with a “snatched waist, full lips, high cheekbones,” likening her transformation to celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Blac Chyna.
“The kind of aesthetic that plays well on social media and in front of the camera. It’s similar to the evolution we’ve seen with celebs like Kim K and Blac Chyna, who’ve stacked procedures over time to build their brand,” Dr. Costa said.

New York Nurse Practitioner Tara Adashev from Neinstein Plastic Surgery added that Pippen’s “significant amount of filler in her cheeks and jawline” creates a “top heavy” appearance, potentially losing the contoured look many seek. Adashev also speculated that Pippen’s slim figure might result from Ozempic, leading to an “Ozempic face” overcorrected with fillers.
Beyond her physical changes, Pippen’s personal life is also in the spotlight. On “Watch What Happens Live,” her boyfriend, 31-year-old NBA player Jeff Coby, praised her, saying, “She’s just one of the best humans I’ve ever met in my life, and she’s so sweet, intelligent, caring — what’s there not to love about her?”
Introduced through a mutual friend in January, Coby is already ring shopping, telling US Weekly, “She tells me what she likes and what she doesn’t like. It’s relatively collaborative at the moment.” While no proposal date is set, he confirmed, “The only thing I can say is to confirm that it’s coming.” ‘
Pippen was previosuly married to Scottie Pippen from 1997 to 2021, and shares four children with the NBA legend.
