*Kelly Rowland recently shared a humorous memory from Destiny’s Child’s iconic “Survivor” music video, which turns 25 this year. During an interview with Method Man to promote their new film, “Relationship Goals,” she recalled how a helicopter scene went hilariously wrong.
“Funny enough, me and the girls were talking about this the other day. There’s a helicopter that comes down on the water. It’s getting closer and closer and closer because in the scene, we’re like, ‘Help us, we’re lost,’” Rowland explained, PEOPLE reports. “My wig goes taking off, flying across the dirt beach! I felt all this extra air and sure enough, my wig was off my head and down the beach somewhere. Somebody took that thing. It was gone.”
When Method Man joked about wanting to see that footage, Rowland quipped, “Sony has it somewhere.”

The pair sat down with Entertainment Tonight to discuss “Relationship Goals,” which is adapted from Pastor Michael Todd’s New York Times bestselling book “Relationship Goals: How to Win at Dating, Marriage, and Sex.” Rowland portrays TV producer Leah Caldwell, a driven professional competing to become the first woman at the helm of a top New York morning program. Method Man plays Jarrett Roy, her professional rival and romantic interest.
The cast also features Robin Thede, Annie Gonzalez, Dennis Haysbert, and Matt Walsh. Linda Mendoza directed the project, which was produced by Amazon MGM Studios and is currently available for streaming worldwide on Prime Video.
