*Gravillis Inc., one of Hollywood’s leading creative agencies currently celebrating its 25th anniversary in business, has appointed KaLynn Jenkins, MBA, as Chief Operating Officer. Jenkins joins from Skydance Media, where she most recently served as Vice President of Operations.
As COO, Jenkins will oversee operations, financial management, HR, compliance, and strategy while driving growth initiatives. She will work closely with CEO Kenny Gravillis and the leadership team to scale the agency sustainably, expand revenue streams, and strengthen client partnerships.
“Gravillis has always defined the space where art, culture, and storytelling meet. I’m honored to join Kenny and this incredible team to help shape the next chapter of growth—expanding our creative reach, pushing boundaries, and delivering work that authentically moves culture forward,” said Jenkins.
“As our agency moves forward and expands, KaLynn is the perfect complement to embody that growth,” added Kenny Gravillis, CEO of Gravillis. “Her experience and energy is a valuable asset for the future of the company, as well as keeping our operations efficient and flexible for this ever-changing landscape called ‘entertainment’.”

At Skydance, Jenkins spent four years in senior operations leadership roles. She previously held key operational posts at NCompass International, Vox Pop Films, and HBO, bringing nearly two decades of experience in creative business management. She holds an MBA in Management and Operations from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
For over 25 years, Gravillis has been behind some of the industry’s most memorable campaigns, including Sinners, Spike Lee’s Highest 2 Loweststarring Denzel Washington, Captain America: Brave New World, Viola Davis’ G20, the Motion Picture Academy, and the upcoming Back to the Future 40th Anniversary release. The agency has collaborated with visionary filmmakers such as Spike Lee, Steven Spielberg, Quentin Tarantino, and Jordan Peele.
