*A Halloween episode of “The Breakfast Club” turned uncomfortable when Funny Marco confronted Charlamagne Tha God about his history of infidelity. The exchange occurred during a heated discussion about whether cheating can ever be justified in relationships.
As Complex reports, Funny Marco argued in favor of justification for infidelity, while Charlamagne, who has previously acknowledged being unfaithful in his marriage, took the opposing position. This set the stage for Marco to challenge the radio host directly.
“Have you ever cheated on your wife?” the comedian asked. Charlamagne responded, “Yeah, we’ve been together 27 years,” before attempting to explain his evolved perspective on relationships.

“I learned if you really, truly loved someone, you would never put them in a position to have to make a decision,” Charlamagne continued. “Sounds like you’re reading off a script,” Funny Marco said.
The tension escalated when Funny Marco suggested that cheating might be acceptable if it’s “cheaper to keep her.” Charlamagne rejected this notion. “Tell these brothers, don’t cheat,” said Charlamagne. “Black men don’t cheat.”
“They do!” Funny Marco clapped back. “You cheated.” Caught in the contradiction, Charlamagne attempted to clarify his position. “Yes, I was a black boy. There’s a difference,” he said.
When Funny Marco pressed for specifics about Charlamagne’s age during the infidelity, he deflected. “You know Marco, you’re asking too many questions,” said Charlamagne. He then reframed the issue as a matter of maturity rather than age. “It’s not about the age, it’s about the mindset,” he continued. “You can be in your early 30s and you can be immature. I was an immature little boy.”
