Capricorn Clark Details Gun Threat Over Cassie and Kid Cudi
*The bombshell testimony in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial reached a chilling new level Tuesday, as former employee Capricorn Clark took the stand. She described a terrifying night in December 2011 when Diddy allegedly showed up at her home with a gun, furious after discovering Cassie‘s relationship with rapper Kid Cudi.
According to Clark, Diddy—gun in hand—stormed her front door demanding, “Why didn’t you tell me? Who is Scott?” referencing Kid Cudi’s legal name, Scott Mescudi. She claimed he threatened, “We’re going to kill this n***a.” Clark says she didn’t know who Scott was and tried to stay calm, but was forced into a black Escalade with Diddy and one of his bodyguards, gun resting on his lap, TMZ, among other news outlets is reporting.
The group allegedly drove straight to Cudi’s Hollywood Hills home. Clark said Diddy and his muscle went inside, while she panicked and called Cassie on a burner phone. When Diddy grabbed her phone and saw the last number dialed, things escalated. Just then, Cudi drove up, and Diddy reportedly recognized him.
Kid Cudi Targeted in Alleged Intimidation Attempt
Clark testified that as they drove away, they saw police approaching Cudi’s residence. That’s when Diddy allegedly told her to convince Cudi not to report anything. Clark and Cassie returned to Cudi’s house later that day, begging him to stay quiet. Her chilling message: “If you tell on him, he’ll hurt us all.”

The threat didn’t stop there. Back at Diddy’s home, Clark said the music mogul unleashed a brutal beating on Cassie, kicking her repeatedly while she lay in the fetal position. She says he kicked her all the way to the street, as Clark desperately called a bodyguard to intervene. Instead, she was told to leave. Fearing for Cassie’s life, Clark called Cassie’s mother, urging her to call the police.
Diddy’s Alleged Pattern of Threats, Abuse, and Retaliation
Clark also spoke of a disturbing email from Cassie that said Diddy threatened to release sex tapes and warned of harm against her and Cudi. She said arson investigators later contacted her, after Cudi gave them her number in connection to his firebombed Porsche—an incident now at the center of the trial’s arson allegations.
Clark told jurors Diddy had threatened her “about 50 times.” Eventually, she was fired over a bogus claim that she didn’t properly request vacation time. She lost her car, health insurance, and retirement account, a move she believes was retaliation for knowing too much.
One Bombshell After Another as Trial Intensifies
The jury sat in stunned silence as Clark laid out a narrative of escalating violence, threats, and calculated cover-ups. Her claims add another explosive layer to the federal case against Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty but faces possible life imprisonment if convicted.
As social media reactions explode, many are wondering just how deep the rabbit hole goes—and who might testify next. The trial resumes after Memorial Day, but if Capricorn Clark’s account is any indication, the worst may still be ahead.
