*Deion Sanders is giving fans a rare look into his personal life by openly discussing his relationship with actress Karrueche Tran.
On the season premiere of his streaming talk show, “We Got Time Today,” Sanders credited Tran with adding joy and stability into his life. “Good woman, good person, has added so much to my life and my days and my moments,” Sanders said during a conversation with co-host Rocsi Diaz.
The couple has been together since last summer, and Tran has been a constant source of support for Sanders through his health challenges. She was present during his hospital stay for bladder cancer surgery and continued to assist him through another medical procedure in the fall, staying involved in his recovery and ensuring he remained positive and focused on healing. A source told Media Take Out that Tran was “his rock” throughout the process.
“She never left his side. She was with him at the hospital, at home, through recovery—making sure he was eating, staying positive, and focused on healing,” the insider shared with MTO.

Sanders and Tran have made several public appearances together, including at a Cleveland Browns vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game, where Sanders shared a photo of them on Instagram. The public acknowledgment of their relationship followed a family Christmas celebration captured in a YouTube video shared by Sanders’ son, Shilo. In the footage, Sanders’ daughter Deiondra mentioned that he traveled to meet Tran’s parents, which surprised Shilo.
“This n**** drove to Prosper, Texas?! That’s like two hours!” Shilo said.
The couple spent Christmas together with both families, and Tran humorously referred to Shilo as her “stepson.”
“I got to spend some quality time with the Sanders family, and my family,” she said in a social media post. “We had a great Christmas together.”
