The couple, who have been rumored to be dating for months, drew attention at Sunday’s Cleveland Browns vs. Pittsburgh Steelers game, where Sanders shared a photo on Instagram of him cozied up to Tran. TMZ Sports covered the story, noting that the announcement came after Shilo Sanders posted a YouTube video showing the family’s Christmas celebration at Deion’s home. In the footage, Shilo’s sister Deiondra mentioned that their father had traveled to meet Tran’s parents, which came as a surprise to Shilo.”
“This n**** drove to Prosper, Texas?! That’s like two hours!” Shilo said.
The couple spent Christmas together, with Tran jokingly referring to Shilo as her “stepson.” She said, “I got to spend some quality time with the Sanders family, and my family. …We had a great Christmas together.”

Their public appearance comes after Sanders faced a major health challenge this summer. The 58-year-old underwent emergency surgery to remove bladder cancer and is now cancer-free. During this period, Tran, known for her role in “Claws,” stayed by his side. A source told Media Take Out, “She never left his side. She was with him at the hospital, at home, through recovery—making sure he was eating, staying positive, and focused on healing. She’s been his rock.”
Although Sanders and Tran have kept their relationship largely private, her visible support during his recovery has drawn public attention, marking one of the couple’s first significant acknowledgments of their romance.
