Seeded multigrain varieties can also be worthwhile, as ingredients like flax and sunflower seeds contribute beneficial fats alongside extra fiber and protein. However, shoppers should be cautious. If refined flour tops the ingredient list and seeds are merely sprinkled on for appearance, the nutritional advantage largely disappears.
