*Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are making real estate moves again, listing another of their properties, this time a Mediterranean-style gem tucked away in Woodland Hills, California.
Priced at $1.95 million, the five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home is more than just a house with Hollywood history, it’s reigniting curiosity around the couple’s evolving lifestyle and long-speculated separation. According to House Beautiful, the home, built in 2007 and purchased by the Smiths in 2010, was reportedly bought for a family member. And with features like cathedral ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and a lush backyard complete with a pool and hot tub, it’s easy to see why it’s drawing attention. The property is described as a “private paradise,” priced competitively given that the median home price in Woodland Hills is around $1.4 million and climbing.
Though not their main residence, the Woodland Hills home is the latest in a quiet series of offloads. Last year, the couple sold a five-bedroom house in Owings Mills, Maryland, Jada’s hometown, for $817,000.
Meanwhile, whispers about the status of Will and Jada’s relationship continue to shadow every move. Will, 56, recently stirred headlines when Spanish singer India Martinez posted a flirty photo with him following their performance of First Love at the Premio Lo Nuestro awards. The two shared what looked like a kiss onstage, leading fans to speculate on a possible romance.
Although Will and Jada remain legally married, Jada confirmed in interviews that they’ve lived “separate lives” since 2016. Rumors suggest Jada now resides with another man, while Will is said to be quietly dating someone new. The couple has maintained a united front when necessary, but appears to be living distinctly separate personal lives.
