*Last week actress Tia Mowry had the internet buzzing with a viral clip of her new reality show! This past weekend she premiered the show, “Tia Mowry: My Next Act” in Los Angeles with her friends, family, and those who have turned into family for the “Sister Sister” star.
The premiere was held at the screening room of Neue House on Sunset Blvd. She was supported by fellow actresses Essence Atkins, Gabriell Union, Robin Thede, and others. Also in attendance at the premiere was Tia’s cousin, Jerome Wiggins, who fans may remember from her first reality show with twin sister Tamara Mowry.
Even though her sister Tamara was not in attendance Tia’s two TV moms were there! Jackee Harry, who played Tia’s mom on Sister Sister, and Loretta Devine, who played Tia’s mother-in-law on Netflix’s Family Reunion. You could feel the motherly love these two ladies have for Tia as they gathered for a few photos.

After mingling and enjoying cocktails and Hors d’œuvre guests enter the screening room to watch the debut of Tia’s new series “Tia Mowry: My Next Act.” Before the show started she shared a few words about her journey from dealing with her recent divorce to now.
“I did this show to inspire, to encourage. I felt like there just wasn’t a lot of representation when it came to transitions in life. We all talk about the breakup, we all talk about what we see when everything is great and fine after the breakup but what happens between A and Z,” said Tia Mowry.
Mowry has been in the spotlight for decades but after her recent divorce from fellow actor Corey Hardwick, her life was in the public eye more than usual.
From misleading headlines from blog sites to the constant speculation from fans and foes. Mowry decided to set the record straight and tell her story from her perspective.
