*Passengers on a Spirit Airlines flight were shocked to see a large rat running through the cabin during the flight.
A video circulating on social media shows the monstrous rat running along an overhead bin, and visible through an illuminated glass panel. TMZ reports that the incident occurred during a flight from Dallas, Texas to Los Angeles, California. Passengers jokingly called it a “super rat.”
The video was shared on social media, with one Instagram user noting that the rat has “probably been all over the world.”
Another IG user added, “Rocky Raccoon headed to L/A to be a STAR! He’ll probably be waiting tables at Chucky Cheese next week!”, while a third person joked, “That’s the Spirit Airlines mascot.”
Check out the super rat video below. In a statement shared with TMZ, Spirit Airlines said, “We are aware of the video and are taking steps to address this matter.”
