*Rihanna is deeply worried about A$AP Rocky’s legal troubles and is reportedly investing heavily in his defense to keep him out of jail.
The rapper, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, is facing felony assault charges for allegedly shooting at former friend A$AP Relli near a Hollywood hotel in 2021. If convicted, he could face up to 24 years in prison. According to sources, Rihanna is determined to support him financially to fight the case.
“His legal expenses have already run into the hundreds of thousands but she’s not even blinking,” a source explained to RadarOnline.
A$AP is worth $20 million, compared with Rihanna’s $1.4 billion worth, and sources claim she treats her money as THEIR money.
“She’s very quick to deny she’s paying for everything, but that fools no one,” an insider added. “Rumor has it she’s helping him out in every area – we’re talking private jets, lifestyle expenses, cars, jewelry, bodyguards.”

Rocky and RiRi share two kids, sons RZA, 2, and Riot, nine months. According to another source, “…there are people in her life who think she’s making a mistake and should just kick the guy to the curb, but that’s not an option in her eyes.”
The Radar source said: “Rihanna is madly in love and gets a thrill out of being able to live out her wildest dreams and take A$AP along for the ride.
“They say she’s been bankrolling him from day one, no questions asked. It’s something he clearly takes advantage of, but he’s her man and she’s going to take care of him, and no one will ever persuade her otherwise.”
According to TMZ, prosecutors offered the hip-hop star a plea deal with a 180-day county jail sentence, though he would likely serve a shorter time due to overcrowding. However, Rocky rejected the offer and now faces up to two decades in state prison if convicted.
Meanwhile, rumor has it that Rihanna is allegedly trying to write a check big enough that a witness will refuse to testify at the trial.
