*Bo Belmont, the founder of Belwood Investments, has made a $30 million offer for Sean Diddy Combs‘ Beverly Hills mansion, significantly below the asking price of $62 million.
According to TMZ, Belmont said the property didn’t meet his $60 million expectations and was underwhelming upon viewing. He remains firm in his offer and plans to lower it to $27.5 million if Diddy counters. Belmont also plans to completely redesign the mansion’s interior, regardless of any alleged past “freak off” activities there.
We reported earlier that Combs is struggling to sell his mega-mansion, reportedly due to its high price tag and negative associations with recent controversies.
The home, listed at $61.5 million, has seen limited interest since going on the market two months ago, with few potential buyers and some reportedly put off by its history, The Blast reports. Earlier this year, the mansion was raided by Homeland Security as part of Diddy’s ongoing legal issues and recent sexual assault allegations against him. Realtors believe the asking price is far above the property’s market value.
Diddy is currently being held in federal custody in Brooklyn after being indicted in September on three criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and denied the allegations. If convicted, Combs faces up to life in prison. His trial begins in May 2025.

In March, federal agents raided his homes in Los Angeles and his residence in Miami as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation, U.S. officials said.
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners,” HSI said in a statement at the time, CBS News reported. “We will provide further information as it becomes available.”
Over the past year, Diddy has been linked to sex trafficking and rape allegations, with some victims claiming they were minors when the assaults occurred.
