*Pringles is once again diving into the world of experimental snack flavors with its new partnership with Miller Lite.
After the announcement of its Beer Can Chicken Pringles in January 2025, the canned chip brand is set to release another beer-flavored variety. This time, Pringles fans can expect Miller Lite Grilled Beer Brat chips to hit shelves by May 2025, Parade.com reports.
The online reaction to the Beer Can Chicken flavor was mixed, with some finding the combination of beer and poultry flavor questionable, while others embraced the new creation. The Grilled Beer Brat chips are expected to have a “crispy hoppy aroma” similar to the Beer Can Chicken variety, though details on the exact taste remain under wraps. Some fans speculated the chips might even feature grill marks, giving them a more authentic bratwurst feel. Only time will tell whether these bold new chip flavors will win over consumers.
Meanwhile, we reported earlier that the Beer Can Chicken flavor is inspired by the popular beer can chicken cooking method, promising a blend of hoppy aroma and roasted chicken taste.
The beer can cooking method is a technique used primarily for roasting or grilling poultry. It involves partially filling an open can of beer and inserting it into the cavity of a whole chicken before cooking. As the bird cooks, the liquid in the can steams, helping to keep the meat moist and infusing it with flavor.

In an Instagram post announcing the Beer Can Chicken Pringles, Snackolator wrote, “I told you all that 2025 was going to be wild for snacks and now we’re getting Miller Lite Beer flavored Pringles! These Beer Can Chicken Pringles were announced this week at a Kellanova presentation and are currently scheduled for a May release. From the announcement: “Fire up your tastebuds with a crispy hoppy aroma and roasted chicken flavor. The best of your grill sesh in a new, snackable LTO.” The collabs and releases are off the rails already and we’re not even out of January yet – I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds.
Reactions to the announcement have been mixed, with some excited about the novelty while others remain skeptical.
