*On Wednesday, January 24, “The Real” co-hosts talked about the #MeToo movement in schools and how to have this conversation at home as well. Plus, the ladies discuss being your own number one fan and co-host Jeannie Mai discusses the importance of loving yourself instead of looking for love in someone else.
Later, the women share easy tips on how to remember passwords and try to guess what each other’s passwords would be.

Can You Guess The Real Co-hosts Passwords?
Find a Way to Love Yourself
Jeannie Mai: I was home with my parents and I saw a picture of myself and I just flashed over to me because when I looked at it, I was like, “Oh my God. I remember this girl.” What she was wearing, what I was thinking when I put that outfit together.
Tamera Mowry-Housley: Aww. So cute.
Jeannie: What I wanted to be when I permed my hair, and how sassy I wanted to get…
[Loni Love Laughs]
Jeannie: And it reminded me, that if you don’t know where to find self-love, you’re going to spend the rest of your life trying to find it somewhere else.
Tamera: Preach. Self-love.
Adrienne Houghton: That’s true.
[The Real audience applauds]
Jeannie: And the best movie, I’m just going to bring that up. The best movie that I encourage everybody to watch it’s an Oscar nominated movie is I, Tonya.
Loni Love: Oh.
Jeannie: It’s the perfect example of what happens to a young person if they don’t know how to find self-love. They get into the wrong habits to perpetually find… fill…
Adrienne: They hang out with the wrong people.
Tamera: Yes.
Jeannie: And so don’t… Try to find it in someone else. Some people don’t know how to love you in those streets. Find a way to love yourself.
Tamera: Yes, Yes!
Adrienne Yes, Love yourself first!
