*Nothing Bundt Cakes is expanding its summer menu with the return of a fan-favorite flavor and the debut of a new seasonal offering.
The bakery chain has brought back its S’mores Made With HERSHEY’S cake and introduced a new Peach Cobbler Cake Pop-Up flavor. According to the news release, the limited-time lineup is tied to summer celebrations, including Father’s Day, graduations, Fourth of July gatherings, and backyard cookouts.
The returning S’mores cake became available June 1 and will remain on menus through July 19. The dessert features chocolate cake made with HERSHEY’S milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, topped with a butter graham streusel inspired by the classic campfire treat. Customers can purchase the flavor in all Bundt Cake sizes.
Meanwhile, the new Peach Cobbler Cake Pop-Up debuted June 8 and will be available through June 21 while supplies last. The personal-sized Bundtlet combines peaches-and-cream cake with a cinnamon peach filling, cream cheese frosting and a brown sugar crumble topping.

The summer rollout does not stop there. Nothing Bundt Cakes plans to introduce additional limited-time flavors in the coming weeks, including Cinnamon Roll Cake, which will be available as a Bundtlet Pop-Up from July 6 through July 19. Lemon Raspberry will return in all cake sizes from July 20 through Aug. 30, while Turtle Cheesecake Swirl will make its debut as a Bundtlet Pop-Up from July 27 through Aug. 9.
The company says the seasonal menu was designed to coincide with some of summer’s biggest celebrations.
“Summer brings people together for some of the year’s most meaningful moments — whether that’s gathering for Father’s Day, a backyard barbecue or reconnecting with family and friends over a holiday weekend,” CEO Dolf Berle said in a statement. “At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we aim to make those occasions feel more memorable with flavors Guests can look forward to sharing all season long.”
The bakery is also offering Father’s Day-themed treats, including a decorated “Best Dad A’round” cake and Bundtini toppers designed specifically for the holiday.
