*Ne-Yo shared insights into his polyamorous lifestyle during a recent appearance on Kai Cenat’s YouTube stream.
“I’m in a great space,” the 45-year-old singer declared, per Us Magazine. “I am currently in a polyamorous relationship. I have four beautiful ladies that move with me on the regular.”
The Grammy-winning artist noted that he and his lovers share expansive Alaskan King beds, which he likened to “two California King [mattresses] next to each other.” While not legally married, Ne-Yo considers all four women his “wives.”
After his 2022 divorce from Crystal Renay Williams, Ne-Yo introduced his partners—Cristina (“Pretty Baby”), Arielle (“Twin Flame”), Moneii (“Phoenix Feather”), and Bri (“Sexy Lil’ Somethin’”)—in February, embracing a transparent approach to love.

The R&B crooner explained to Kai his shift to polyamory, stating, “I’m 45 years old. At this point in my life, everything I do is about what’s best for me, what’s best for my kids [and] what’s best for my tribe. That’s it.”
Ne-Yo admitted to mistakes in his previous marriage. “I was married before this to one woman. Things didn’t go well. I made my mistakes. We got divorced. A lot of people got hurt in the process, and I told myself at that moment I ain’t lying to nobody about nothing ever again,” he said.
He emphasized honesty, recalling how he told one partner, “Listen, you know I rock with you. I absolutely rock with you. But it ain’t just you. I also rock with her, and her, and her. So what I wanna do is bring this whole thing together. If you with it, let’s rock. If you’re not, that’s cool too. No love lost.”
As a father of seven, Ne-Yo maintains openness with his children. “I answer them [truthfully],” he said on “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.” “It’s like, ‘Hey, this is daddy’s girlfriend.’ And so is that, and so is that, and so is that.” He stressed, “Everybody’s honest. Everybody’s telling the truth. Everybody is consenting.”
