Planning documents obtained by Realtor.com show he divided the 2.72-acre lot into two distinct parcels. Each section now supports its own expansive residence, connected by a shared driveway and guarded entrance.
The primary home covers nearly 16,000 square feet over two levels, plus a 7,700-square-foot basement garage. A separate two-level garage sits at ground level, alongside a backyard pool and spa. Hilltop positioning delivers sweeping views, enhanced by an outdoor kitchen and solar panels for off-grid capability.
The secondary residence measures 6,550 square feet in a single-story layout. It includes a basement movie theater, entertainment space, and a two-car garage on the main floor. A large terrace maximizes the scenic surroundings, while palm trees fill a central courtyard.

Both properties incorporate wellness elements, including hot and cold plunge pools in the smaller home. Irregularly shaped lots share a central motor court with a prominent water feature. Security features a 209-square-foot guard house, 10-foot perimeter fencing, and a sophisticated alarm system.
Crest Real Estate oversees luxury development planning for the project. Walker Workshop, known for innovative high-end Los Angeles homes, handles architectural design.
Walker Workshop states on its website, “Critical to our mission is the awareness that thoughtfully executed space can elevate the body and mind of its inhabitants,” adding, “With the same level of care and consideration that goes into crafting a museum, place of worship, or sacred space, Walker Workshop aims to design and build one-of-a-kind works of art people can live in.”
