The Oscar- and Grammy-winning entertainer cancelled the chatter on March 2 after his nephew took to social media to deny claims there is another Foxx offspring
“Bro, my uncle do not got a son,” the relative said in a video that captures him defending Foxx while standing in the driveway of the actor’s lavish home. “I’m the closest he got to a son.”
To add weight to his denial, the nephew set all eyes on the garage, where Foxx was working on a car.
“Uncle Jamie, tell them you ain’t got no son,” the nephew shouted to Foxx, who responded, “I ain’t got no gotd*mn son, boy!”

The “Ray” actor’s blunt response comes months after a man claiming to be his son called him a “deadbeat dad” in an undated video posted on X in January.
Sandra Rose notes the emotional state of the man as he accused Foxx of being too “busy” to care about him.
“He never supported my dreams,” the man said, while fighting back tears. According to the man, he last met Foxx on the red carpet at a premiere for the “Blame It” singer’s 2009 move “The Soloist.”
“We took pictures at the red carpet — that’s my last time seeing him,” the man said in the video.
