
James Bernard Death Confirmed by New Jersey Authorities
*The death of James Bernard has been confirmed as a suicide, according to New Jersey officials. The hip-hop journalist was found on December 29, 2025, after being missing for more than 17 months, Richard Prince’s Journal-isms has confirmed.
Hunters discovered his body in a wooded area in Pemberton Township. The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed the cause of death in early January 2026.
Bernard Vanished in March 2024 Without a Trace
Bernard was last seen on March 17, 2024, leaving his New Jersey home. He wore a blue sweatshirt, gray pants, and carried a bookbag.
He was reported missing after friends and colleagues stopped hearing from him that spring. He was later added to the state’s missing persons list.
