*OWN is welcoming Iyanla Vanzant back to the network with a new series titled “IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX,” set to premiere in 2026.
According to the news release, the show revisits twelve memorable installments from “Iyanla: Fix My Life,” offering deeper reflections on stories that resonated widely with viewers. The series aims to bring renewed perspective to the emotional journeys that once captivated millions.
For nearly ten years, “Iyanla: Fix My Life” explored issues such as trauma, relationships, and personal transformation, featuring guests ranging from Shereé Whitfield and Karrueche Tran to Evelyn Lozada and many others. These episodes left an impact through their honesty and vulnerability. With “IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX,” the focus shifts to how these challenges and breakthroughs connect to the rapidly changing world of today.

The new series examines some of the most discussed moments from the original program, including the Six Brown Chicks confrontation in “Fix My Backstabbing Friends” and the personal reckoning shared in “Fix My Broken Mother.” Each installment looks back at pivotal stories while exploring the emotional truths that continue to resonate. Rather than being a simple retrospective, the series offers a timely examination of lessons that still carry weight.
“There has never been a better time for us to bring the iconic Iyanla Vanzant back home to the OWN Network,” said Tina Perry, President of OWN. “In a world that needs more light, Iyanla’s voice and presence in this show provides a safe space where viewers can find the guidance, inspiration, and honest reflection needed to spark their own personal healing and growth.”
Iyanla shared her own perspective on the series’ purpose. “IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX is a deepening. Where Fix My Life invited us to confront the pain that shaped us, THE INSIDE FIX invites us to meet the truths that can free us,” she said. “In a time when the world feels increasingly disconnected, we need to return to what matters – truth, empathy, and self-awareness. Real healing isn’t about repairing what’s broken, but about reconnecting with our sense of self, our identity, our worth, and our ability to start fresh.”
“IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX” will debut Saturday, January 17 at 8 PM ET/PT on OWN.
