*OWN has released the official trailer for “IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX,” marking the return of Iyanla Vanzant to television. The preview offers a first look at the acclaimed host revisiting her most powerful episodes from “Iyanla: Fix My Life,” providing fresh reflections and insights for audiences.
For nearly fifteen years, Vanzant has served as a spiritual mirror for audiences, exploring issues from generational trauma to toxic relationships with honesty and compassion. “IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX” builds on that legacy, inviting viewers to examine emotional journeys anew and discover practical steps for maintaining “spiritual hygiene” while pursuing self-growth.
“There comes a moment when fixing the outside is no longer enough,” Vanzant said. “This is the moment where the noise fades, the demands disappear, the people disappear, and the only work left is the work within. This is where healing becomes holy. This is where truth finds its home. This… is The Inside Fix.”

The series revisits twelve impactful installments from “Fix My Life,” highlighting moments such as the Six Brown Chicks confrontation in “Fix My Backstabbing Friends” and the personal reckoning in “Fix My Broken Mother.” Each episode goes beyond reflection, exploring lessons that remain relevant in today’s rapidly changing world.
Tina Perry, President of OWN, emphasized the importance of Vanzant’s return: “There has never been a better time for us to bring the iconic Iyanla Vanzant back home to the OWN Network. In a world that needs more light, Iyanla’s voice and presence in this show provides a safe space where viewers can find the guidance, inspiration, and honest reflection needed to spark their own personal healing and growth.”
Vanzant explained the show’s purpose, saying, “IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX is a deepening. Where Fix My Life invited us to confront the pain that shaped us, THE INSIDE FIX invites us to meet the truths that can free us. In a time when the world feels increasingly disconnected, we need to return to what matters – truth, empathy, and self-awareness. Real healing isn’t about repairing what’s broken, but about reconnecting with our sense of self, our identity, our worth, and our ability to start fresh.”
The new series will premiere Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on OWN. Watch the trailer above.
