*India Love would like the record to show that apparently, ladies do not poop.
The model, influencer and reality TV personality is getting attention over a circulating video in which she makes an eyebrow-raising declaration about what happens — or, according to her, does not happen — after she eats.
“I don’t s**t though, at all,” Love says in the clip. “I’m a lady. I throw it up.”
Somewhere, human biology just quietly logged off.
But for anyone assuming Love simply tossed out a joke and immediately moved on, there was more. When the conversation turned to whether she might be, shall we say, backed up, Love continued defending her position.
“She back the f*** up. I’m not backed up,” she said. “I said I throw it up. I don’t…”
Complex reported that the clip has been circulating across X, TikTok and Facebook, while noting that it remains unclear whether Love was being serious or simply having fun during the conversation.
And that uncertainty is doing a lot of work here.

The Internet Gets an Unexpected Biology Lesson
On its face, the moment is tailor-made for social media: a celebrity makes a ridiculous-sounding statement, somebody records it, and suddenly millions of people have questions nobody expected to be asking that day.
Love didn’t merely suggest that she doesn’t poop. She connected the claim to being “a lady,” then offered vomiting as the apparent alternative.
That’s the kind of sentence the internet was never going to leave alone.
Love, 30, became a social-media fixture during the Tumblr era before building a larger following on Instagram and expanding into reality television, music and other entertainment ventures. More recently, she appeared at Kai Cenat’s Streamer University and has spoken publicly about stepping away from OnlyFans.
So, when somebody with that kind of following says something this unusual on camera, the clip travels.
Funny Quote, Serious Possibility
Here’s where the jokes need to pull over for a minute.
Nothing in the video establishes that Love actually vomits after eating. She has not disclosed in this exchange that she has an eating disorder, and it would be irresponsible to diagnose her from a viral clip. She may have been joking, exaggerating or simply enjoying the increasingly absurd conversation.
Baller Alert raised the same distinction in its coverage, stressing that nobody can determine from the clip whether Love was describing real behavior.
If she was joking, it was certainly one way to get everybody’s attention.
If she wasn’t, however, intentionally and repeatedly vomiting food can have serious health consequences.
The National Eating Disorders Association has documented that frequent self-induced vomiting can contribute to electrolyte imbalances, damage to the esophagus and tooth decay caused by repeated exposure to stomach acid. Those facts provide important context, but they do not establish that Love is engaging in those behaviors or has any particular condition.
That’s a line worth keeping clear.

Why the ‘Lady’ Part Stands Out
The most striking part of Love’s comment may actually be the framing.
“I’m a lady” turns an already bizarre bathroom declaration into a statement about femininity. Everybody poops — yes, even beautiful women with millions of followers — and ordinary bodily functions don’t become less ordinary because someone is glamorous, famous or camera-ready.
It’s possible Love was playing directly with that very stereotype: the old joke that attractive women somehow float through life untouched by the same bodily realities as everybody else.
If so, mission accomplished. People are talking.
But if the “I throw it up” portion was intended literally, that’s where the conversation stops being harmless bathroom humor.
One Viral Clip, Plenty of Questions
Love has not publicly clarified, in the reporting reviewed by EURweb, whether she was joking about vomiting or describing something she actually does. Until she does, the responsible conclusion is also the simplest one: we don’t know.
What we do know is that she delivered one of those quotes seemingly engineered in a laboratory for social media.
“I don’t s*** though, at all. I’m a lady. I throw it up.”
There are sentences that need context.
And then there are sentences for which you’re not entirely sure context is going to save anybody.
