*An alleged “love triangle” involving Fox Sports’ Joy Taylor, Emmanuel Acho, and network executive Charlie Dixon is at the center of claims from former NFL player Marcellus Wiley that he says cost him his job with the network.
Sandra Rose reports Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist for Fox Sports, filed a lawsuit, naming Taylor, Dixon, and former FS1 host Skip Bayless. In the suit, Faraji claims Dixon and Bayless groped her repeatedly during the decade she worked at Fox Sports.
Court documents further reveal allegations from Faraji that she was offered $1.5 million by Bayless to sleep with him, an offer she declined.
In addition, accusations were thrown at Taylor, who Faraji accused of using sexual relationships with Dixon and Acho to further her career. Taylor allegedly used her relationship with Dixon to land an anchor gig on FS1’s “Speak For Yourself,” Sandra Rose noted.
According to Wiley, Taylor replaced him on the sports show after he was let go. Prior to being dismissed, the former athlete worked on the show between 2018 and 2022.
Regarding Acho, the ex-Dallas Cowboy suggested he was let go when Acho and Taylor’s relationship went downhill.
“I never heard that Charlie Dixon and Joy Taylor were sleeping together,” Wiley, who admitted reading about Taylor’s relationship with Dixon in the lawsuit, said on his YouTube podcast. “But, upon hearing that, I’m not gonna lie to y’all. It makes a lot of things make sense. It unlocks a lot for me.”
Digging more into his loss of employment, the ex-athlete suggested he might consider filing a wrongful termination lawsuit.
“Here’s an example of how it can get uglier,” Wiley, who also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Buffalo Bills, and San Diego Chargers explained. “What if there was an employee who lost their job – or their job was negatively influenced, intimidated, moved around, put in bad situations, off the network? And it was because their boss allegedly was sleeping with another employee, and their co-host was sleeping with the same employee?”

“And then that same employee – coincidentally – just ends up replacing that individual,” continued Wiley. “It’s an example, of course, but imagine some kind of love triangle where the boss and a co-host were sleeping with the same person who ends up replacing that individual.”
Acho and Taylor being an item is not news to Wiley, as allegations of them sleeping together “multiple times, as recent as a week or two” are coming to light.
Taylor’s recent return to the set of “Speak For Yourself” was not marked without a mention of the lawsuit from the 37-year-old personality or chatter surrounding the allegations she slept with married men at her workplace.
