*Erica Campbell, a six-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist, bestselling author, and morning radio host, is expanding her platform for women with the return of “Laugh, Cry, Heal 2025.”
Scheduled for this fall in Birmingham (Oct. 3–4), Phoenix (Oct. 24–25), and Chicago (Oct. 31–Nov 1), the two-day experience blends empowerment, emotional wellness, and music into a space for reflection, release, and restoration.
“Women are holding so much beneath the surface emotionally, spiritually, and silently,” Campbell said in a statement. “We don’t just need motivation. We need moments that minister and bring us to healing and wholeness in Christ. A place to exhale, tools that restore hope, and a reminder that we are deeply seen, deeply loved, and never alone. That is the heartbeat of Laugh, Cry, Heal.”

The tour’s 2025 lineup includes voices from mental health experts, faith leaders, and cultural influencers: Dr. Sarita Lyons, Love McPherson, Lena Byrd Miles, Sybil Amuti, Jor Él Quinn, Brittany Phillips, Pastor Adrian Lindsey, GooGoo Atkins, and Dr. Tara Jenkins.
“I personally curated this lineup with intention,” Campbell shares. “I wanted women with a passion for healing inside and out, and a powerful male voice to stand alongside them. Together, they represent truth-telling, emotional depth, spiritual grounding, and joy. They speak to our real lives, not just our highlight reels. This is who I trust to help us laugh, cry, and most importantly, heal.”
Speaking exclusively to EUR, she says, “Everybody is intentional about helping women heal and helping women grow and knowing they’re enough and knowing that they matter and that they can take up space and that they can be honest. So when you have women like that, you got a power keg full of freedom and deliverance and joy, just ready to explode. I cannot wait. I believe it’s going to be amazing.”
Campbell says the idea for the conference grew from her personal journey. “I created Laugh, Cry, Heal because it was part of my own journey of realizing that I had kind of suppressed emotions, feeling safer there. And it didn’t help that I was successful, because when you suppress and you experience success, you don’t realize you still experience some trauma and you’re carrying it with you.” She adds, “Once I started feeling freer in my own skin, I said, well, let me help some of my other sisters so we can all get here together.”
Designed to bridge faith and emotional wellness, “Laugh, Cry, Heal 2025” invites women to release, reflect, and renew together. Attendees can choose a Full Experience Pass, which includes exclusive Friday sessions and meet-and-greets, or General Admission for Saturday’s main event, featuring worship, wisdom, and wellness from the full lineup.
