*Dairy Queen is making waves this summer with the debut of five bold new menu items, ranging from movie-themed Blizzards to spicy twists on classic comfort food.
Leading the seasonal lineup is the Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough Blizzard, Eat This reports. Created in collaboration with the upcoming Superman film, the new Blizzard blends sugar cookie dough, cake batter flavor, and colorful sprinkles into DQ’s iconic soft serve.
Also joining the menu is the Superman Meal Deal. This limited-time combo includes a cheeseburger, full-size fries, a sundae, and a drink—all for $7. Fans can upgrade the sundae to a small Blizzard for just $2 more. To round out the themed offerings, the Superman Sauced & Tossed Buffalo joins the scene, featuring white meat chicken strips tossed in tangy Buffalo sauce, served with fries, Texas toast, dipping sauce, and a 21-ounce drink.
The chain has also expanded its chicken offerings more broadly. Chicken Strip Baskets now come with the option to have the strips “sauced and tossed” in Buffalo, adding a spicy upgrade to the traditional favorite.
Fan-favorite Blizzards are back as well. The beloved S’Mores Blizzard returns for the season, prompting celebratory reactions across social media.
