*As Sean “Diddy” Combs serves time, his kids are acting as though he is never coming back. They are not only living extravagantly but also drawing the battle lines over his $400 million fortune, as per “National Enquirer.”
Diddy, 56, reportedly has reason to worry that his grown kids — Quincy, 34; Justin, 31; Christian, 27; Chance, 19; twins Jessie and D’Lila, 18; and little Love — may be gearing up to stake a claim on his fortune, insiders say.
Close relatives have disclosed that the jailed rapper’s seven kids are taking each other to court for a slice or a whole loaf of his finances, currently under his mom, Janice Combs.
“This could turn into an all-out war,” an insider warned. “You’ve got massive egos and hundreds of millions on the line. It’s not just going to get ugly, it’s going to get explosive.”

But Diddy’s 85-year-old mom is no pushover, so the kids better get excellent lawyers if they mean business.
While the world is yet to see boots on the ground for this legal battle, what has been seen over and over is the level of lavish lifestyle the same kids have adopted since he was removed from them.
It started with a New York Post report in March of the kids burning up their dad’s fortune while he was held without bail in Brooklyn’s dreaded Metropolitan Detention Center.
Proofs were the social media photos of Christian buying diamond-encrusted watches and designer jackets and traveling to Mexico to ride camels with his girlfriend, as Quincy enjoyed a tropical getaway. Not to be left behind in this spending spree, sister Chance uploaded images of herself riding a horse on a beach. The twins were shown adorned in matching designer bikinis on a yacht in St. Barts.
The rapper’s private plane is not idle these days. It has been jetting off to places such as California, Hawaii, Texas, Florida, and other states, as well as Mexico, Italy, India, Ireland, Canada, and St. Martin. The kids just love fun.
“Private jet trips ain’t cheap,” a concerned insider pointed out. “Puff be paying through the nose every time that thing flies.”
