*Brooke Hogan, daughter of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, requested to be excluded from her father’s will, forgoing any claim to his nearly $5 million estate.
As TMZ reports, court documents filed by Hulk’s son, Nick Hogan, detail the estate’s assets, including $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and publicity rights valued at $4 million. “She didn’t trust the people around him and didn’t want to be involved in a financial battle when he passed,” a source close to Brooke explained.
Hulk, who passed away from cardiac arrest on July 24 at age 71, first drafted his will in 2016 and amended it four times between 2017 and 2023. Brooke’s decision to step away from the inheritance in 2023 was driven by her desire to avoid potential legal conflicts with those close to her father, including his ex-wife, Linda. Her husband, Steven Oleksy, noted Brooke’s emotional state during this decision, highlighting the strained relationship she had with her father, despite a reconciliation before his death.

In the court filings, Nick requested to be named co-personal representative of the estate alongside Terry McCoy, whom he also nominated as the estate’s curator. The documents notably omit Brooke as a beneficiary, aligning with her voluntary exclusion. Additionally, Nick referenced a potential medical malpractice lawsuit related to Hulk’s alleged botched neck surgery in May 2025, though no monetary value was specified, and Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, has yet to file the suit.
Brooke, meanwhile, has spoken publicly about enduring years of verbal and mental abuse from her father starting in childhood, adding context to her choice to distance herself financially.
