*Blaze Pizza is turning its ovens into engines of goodwill this Memorial Day.
On Monday, May 26, each 11-inch pie sold at participating U.S. locations will prompt a $1 donation to Folds of Honor, supporting Folds of Honor, the nonprofit that provides educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled service members and first responders.
Memorial Day is traditionally a time for reflection and gratitude, and Blaze Pizza is inviting guests to transform their holiday dining into a tangible act of thanks. The Atlanta-based fast-casual chain has worked with Folds of Honor for several years, already raising more than $100,000 for the organization. This year’s one-day promotion aims to build on that momentum by tying every customer purchase directly to the cause.
“This partnership with Folds of Honor is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time,” Christian Kuhn, Blaze’s chief marketing officer, said previously in a statement. “It’s going to give Blaze a purpose we’ve never had before.”
Folds of Honor’s Chief Development Officer Ben Leslie added: “Blaze comes up with the ideas, and it’s our job to award the money and be efficient with it… Folds of Honor just wants to help people, and people who need help who maybe have never heard of Folds will have the opportunity to learn about it through Blaze.”

Founded in 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded 62,000 educational scholarships, with 45% of recipients coming from minority communities. Scholarships can be applied to K-12 tuition, undergraduate and graduate studies, and vocational programs, ensuring that opportunity is not another casualty of service.
Blaze Pizza, established in 2011, has grown to 284 restaurants across 38 states and three countries. The brand is known for fast, customizable pies and frequent recognition on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 and Fast Casual’s Top 100 Movers & Shakers lists.
