Gary Owen Reacts to Katt Williams, Goes in On Steve Harvey | Video

*Comedian Gary Owen claims he made more money as a celebrity contestant on Deray Davis’s “Hip Hop Squares” than he did doing voiceover work on Steve Harvey’s former TV show.

In the clip above, “Gary says he made 4 times more cash doing 3 episodes of ‘Squares’ than he did doing 2 weeks at SH’s operation!!!” per TMZ

His remarks come after Katt Williams’ bombshell “Club Shay Shay” interview, during which he noted that Owen hasn’t been able to reach crossover success because he hasn’t joined the Illuminati.

Katt’s comments prompted Owen to recall his work on Harvey’s TV show, which Kelly Clarkson’s daytime talker replaced. Owen explained on his podcast that he hoped to partner with Harvey but ended up tucked away backstage doing voiceovers for the show.

Owen also co-signed Katt’s negative comments about the energy that Rickey Smiley brought during the filming of “Friday After Next.”

Additionally, Owen said he was sexually propositioned by a Hollywood executive linked to the MeToo movement.

“I’ve been in an awkward situation one time. I can’t say 100% that this person was trying to get me to do something, a casting couch-type deal, but it felt like it,” he explained on his podcast. “I was like ‘is this that point where I’ve always heard would you suck a dick for a million dollars.’ I was in this room saying I’m about to answer this question and the answer was no.”

Owen added, “I can’t say this is 100% that’s where this was going but it felt like it. You gotta be in the room to feel it and I was like this dude is really coming on to me. He will remain nameless but he was feeling me out. I made it very clear I like women.”
