Dame Dash Suggests Harris Campaign Used Diddy Indictment to Gain Celebrity Endorsements

*Dame Dash commented on Donald Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris, suggesting her campaign may have used Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘ indictment to secure high-profile celebrity endorsements.

Dash noted that Harris initially relied on B- and C-list celebrities, and top artists like Beyoncé and Taylor Swift became available to support her after Combs’ sudden arrest, which he found suspiciously timed just before the election.

Diddy is currently being held in federal custody in Brooklyn after being indicted in September on three criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and denied the allegations.  If convicted, Combs faces up to life in prison. His trial begins in May 2025.

“Like, I believe they leveraged the Puff thing so well, like, I’m looking and I’m like, well they didn’t have any celebrities. The celebrities they had were like C minus — no disrespect to anybody,” said Dame during a recent podcast, SandraRose.com reports.

“I thought Kamala – she really invested a lot in the people that may have been at the Puff parties,” he added. “It’s a grey area there, so what they did there was … they made sure everybody – not just Black and Hip-Hop – the whole world knew who Puff was and what he was accused of.”

During raids on Combs’ residences in Los Angeles and Miami in March, federal agents reportedly seized surveillance footage. Dash hinted that authorities disclosed details about Combs’ private parties without identifying the attendees.

“They never said exactly who those celebrities were. So until further notice, it’s every celebrity until somebody speaks up,” he said.

“A lot of the people I saw speaking on those stages were celebrities that may be in the grey area. They may have been hot. They may have had those affiliations,” Dame said.
