*Photos surfaced of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on social media, and the hip-hop mogul looked distraught while outside at his Star Island home in Miami, according to TMZ. The courts have dismissed Cassie‘s lawsuit against her ex-lover, Diddy, since the two parties settled the case for an undisclosed sum. Cassie stated, “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.” Diddy also issued a statement, “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.” Diddy’s made sure to reiterate to the public, “Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing,” Ben Brafman, a lawyer for Diddy, said in a statement on November 20, reports Vulture. “Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.” The dismissal was filed with prejudice, which prevents the “Me and U” singer from refiling “the same claim again in that court.” Some social media users enjoyed the pictures of Diddy looking haggard and distressed, while others believe the images are staged to elicit sympathy from the public.
