*Kodak Black is reportedly in federal prison in Florida after violating his parole in Miami last week.

We reported previously that the rapper (real name Bill K Kapri) is back behind bars after being busted for cocaine possession on December 7 in Plantation, Florida. He was taken into custody, and no release date has been confirmed.

Black – who former president Donald Trump pardoned – was arrested recently and charged with cocaine possession in Plantation, FL.

The rapper, whose real name is Bill Kahan Kapri, was also charged with tampering with physical evidence and improperly stopping or parking his vehicle. He is reportedly being housed at the Miami Federal Detention Center.

The violation is related to a 2019 case in which the artist pleaded guilty to lying on a background-check form when buying handguns. He was sentenced to 46 months in federal prison in 2019. Trump commuted his sentence just before he left office.

After his release, Kodak Black thanked Trump on his Twitter feed, writing: “I Want To Thank The President @RealDonaldTrump For His Commitment To Justice Reform And Shortening My Sentence. I Also Want To Thank Everyone For Their Support And Love. It Means More Than You Will Ever Know. I Want To Continue Giving Back, Learning And Growing. @DanScavino”.

Last year, he shared a now-deleted video on Instagram showing him wearing a “Trump 2024” hoodie.

“We need Trump in office forever, man. Just like how them Chinese and Russian and Korean muthaf***** they have their president. Trump the best thing for America — ya heard me — for sure. I respect that boy logic, setup and whole rundown even if he didn’t free me,” Kodak Black reportedly stated in the video.

After Trump commuted his sentence, Kodak Black was placed on a three-year probation period that expires in January 2024.
