*Michael Irvin’s legal team has scored a victory in his misconduct case as a judge ordered an Arizona hotel to turn over any video showing the interaction between the Hall of Famer and the woman accusing him of inappropriate conduct.

According to the Dallas Morning News, a woman claims she had a disturbing encounter with Irving earlier this month in the lobby of the Phoenix Marriott in Arizona. The allegation prompted the NFL Network to drop him from hosting coverage of Super Bowl LVII.

Irvin has said he is “a bit baffled” by the woman’s claims as he does not know what he did or said wrong.

“Honestly, I’m a bit baffled with it all,” Irvin told the publication. “This all happened in a 45-second conversation in the lobby. When I got back after going out . . . I came into the lobby, and I talked to somebody. I talked to this girl. I don’t know her, and I talked to her for about 45 seconds.”

Irvin’s attorney requested the footage from the hotel, believing it will help prove his innocence, TMZ reports. On Thursday, a judge granted the motion and the hotel must send all footage to Irvin by Feb. 20.

Here’s more from TMZ:

The hotel must provide the name of Irvin’s accuser … as well as anyone else who may have filed a complaint against the former football player. In the order, the judge also ruled the hotel must reveal the names of the NFL employees who received the complaints.

According to the docs, Irvin only met the woman after she had called him over in the hotel lobby to introduce herself … and “eyewitnesses described the interaction as ‘jovial’ and completely harmless.” Irvin’s attorney wrote in the motion that the interaction lasted less than a minute, and Michael then went to his room alone and fell asleep.

Footage from Irvin’s encounter with the woman surfaced online and it does not seem clear from the clip what exactly he did or said that was so sinister. See for yourself via the Twitter video below.

Irvin was pulled from the NFL’s SB LVII coverage on Feb. 7 after they had reportedly received complaints from the woman over the conversation.

Irvin has sued the hotel and his accuser, who has so far been ID’ed only as Jane Doe, for defamation.

Here’s what a witness to the encounter between Irvin and the woman had to say:
