*Several of Jonathan Majors’ text messages and an audio recording to his ex-girlfriend have been released amid his ongoing trial for domestic violence.

The newly released evidence includes a recording of the actor telling his ex, Grace Jabbari, she needs to act more like Coretta Scott King and Michelle Obama. There’s also a clip of Majors threatening to kill himself, Variety reports.

The evidence was presented in court last week and made public by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Additionally, compelling footage shows the aftermath of the alleged altercation between Majors and Jabbari in March. The pair are seen tussling as they exit the vehicle. They struggle before Majors runs for his life like Forrest Gump through the streets of NYC, trying to escape her.  It’s quite possibly the best action sequence since the Montgomery Riverfront brawl. Watch the thrilling chase via the X/Twitter clip below.

During her testimony last week, Jabbari said she “felt like I was walking around on eggshells” during her volatile two-year relationship with Majors, The Washington Post reports. “I had to be perfect,” she stated.

As previously reported, Majors was arrested on March 25 in NYC following an alleged violent attack against Jabbari. The ex-couple was taking a private car from a Brooklyn party to their Chelsea apartment when she saw a text message on his phone that read, “Wish I was kissing you right now.”

When Jabbari snatched the phone out of his hands to see who sent the message, Majors “began grabbing the right side of Ms. Jabbari’s body and prying Ms. Jabbari’s right middle finger off the phone, causing bruising, swelling, and substantial pain,” per a 115-page legal filing obtained by Variety.

During testimony, Jabbari said she snatched the phone from Majors, and he twisted her arm behind her back, The Washington Post reports.

“Next I felt a really hard blow across my head,” she said.

The newly released text messages from September 2022 show the “Creed III” talking to his ex about a head injury she suffered and him dissuading Jabbari from seeking medical treatment.

“I fear you have no perspective of what could happen if you go to the hospital,” Majors wrote, Variety reports. “They will ask you questions and as I don’t think you actually protect us it could lead to an investigation even if you do lie and they suspect something.”

Jabbari responded via text, “I will tell the doctor I bumped my head, if I go, I’m going to give it one more day, but I can’t sleep and need some stronger painkillers. That’s all. Why would I want to tell them what really happened when it’s clear I want to be with you.”

According to Variety, Jabbari also wrote, “I will not go to the doctor if you don’t feel safe with me doing so. I promise I would never mention you but I understand your fear.” During her testimony last week, Jabbari said that Majors had previously warned her about trusting the police because of “what they would do to him as a Black man.”

In one text, Majors wrote, “Last night I considered killing myself versus coming home” and “I will probably [k]ill myself. It’s not really contemplating any more…I’m a monster. A horrible man. Not capable of love. I am killing myself soon. I’ve already put things in motion.”

The court heard an audio clip in which Majors berates Jabbari for coming home drunk and tells her she needs to support him like Coretta Scott King and Michelle Obama — listen below via the X/Twitter post.

“Let me just lay it out for you, right? If I am, I’m just gonna say this. My temper, my shit, all that. All that said, right? And let’s say, I’m a great man. A great man. I am doing great things, not just for me, but for my, for my culture and the world,” Majors says in the clip.

“That is actually the position I’m in. That’s real. I’m not being a dick about it. I didn’t ask for it. I’ve worked, and that’s the situation,” he added. “The woman that supports me — that I support, the work that — needs to be a great woman and make sacrifices the way that man is making for her and for them ultimately. Last night, two nights ago, you did not do that.”

Elsewhere in the audio, he says, “Grace has to be of a certain mindset to support — Coretta Scott King, do you know who that is? That’s Martin Luther King’s wife. Michelle Obama, Barack Obama’s wife.”
