*A Jamie Foxx insider claims the actor is still not “100 percent” after suffering from a mystery “medical complication” in April.
“Jamie is doing so much better and he’s starting to feel like himself again. He’s not 100 percent and is still taking things easy, but he’s definitely on the road to recovery,” a source told Us Weekly.
Foxx’s road to recovery is helped by a “huge support system around him and his friends and family are making sure that he doesn’t take on too much,” the insider revealed.
Foxx is “feeling really good and is excited to get back to work once the time is right,” the source added.
EUR’s Yolanda Baruch reported previously that Foxx was spotted riding around Chicago over the weekend and returning a purse to an unknown woman. This is the first time the actor has been publicly seen since stepping back from the spotlight due to his alleged medical emergency.
Mike Tyson said Foxx had a stroke, others claim he suffered severe injuries from the COVID vaccine. Foxx, nor his team, have shared details about his mysterious “medical emergency.”
On Monday, a fan on Instagram posted a video that appears to show Foxx in Chicago interacting with a group of tourists. The IG user with the name Quan Ellis noted in the caption that Foxx happened upon their mother’s lost bag and returned it to the group.
“Mom lost her bag in Chicago today Jamie fox [sic] found it and brought it to her and he said he feels good y’all god is good,” the user wrote.
Foxx was also spotted at a Topgolf outing in Naperville, roughly 30 miles outside of Chicago.
“He looks healthy,” a source said of observing Foxx practice his golf swing, per People. “He didn’t need any physical assistance.”
Fox’s daughter, Corinne, 29, released a statement in Apil claiming her father suffered a “medical complication” while working on a movie in Georgia. She also noted that he was “on his way to recovery” thanks to “quick action and great care.”
